Zepbound® KwikPen (tirzepatide) is a prescription once-weekly, multi-dose injectable pen designed for chronic weight management in adults with obesity, or who are overweight with at least one weight-related medical condition, when used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. It contains the same active ingredient as Zepbound single-dose pens but is supplied in a convenient multi-dose KwikPen format, allowing multiple weekly doses from a single pen.

Typical Dosing Schedule
- Weeks 1–4: 2.5 mg once weekly (starting dose)
- Weeks 5–8: 5 mg once weekly
- If additional weight loss is needed, the dose may be increased in 2.5 mg increments every 4 weeks:
- 7.5 mg once weekly
- 10 mg once weekly
- 12.5 mg once weekly
- 15 mg once weekly (maximum recommended dose)
