Trulicity (dulaglutide) is a prescription GLP-1 receptor agonist used to improve blood sugar control in adults and children 10 years and older with type 2 diabetes. It is a once-weekly injectable medication that works by helping the body release insulin when blood sugar levels are elevated, slowing stomach emptying, and reducing appetite.
